cleaning battery posts, clamps
hello,
when i remove the battery clamps from the battery posts for cleaning will it have any affect on the cars computer. thnx |

It will reset the system but no ill effects. You may notice the car might seem a little different for a day or so while it readapts but it will be fine.

You sound a bit naive on batteries so I'm just going to warn you not to let anything metal or wet or organic touch both battery posts at the same time while cleaning. Good luck.
And do you have corrosion? I haven't touched my 08 stock battery and it is spotless |
