Thanks...either an SCR or an SCS will fit the bill nicely. One gate attached to the lock 12V, and the other attached to the unlock 12V.
Funny thing is that although I went over to allaboutcircuits and found out about SCS's, a search on digikey didn't produce any hits (or even "silicone contolled switch"). Weird. Thanks all...Eric |
