For sale: 4 15" black steel wheels (tires not included). They are mint condition.

They would make a great cheap upgrade stock wheel if you are currently running on 14"s, or snow tire wheel, or perfect as a test wheel set for painting!

a guy on vortex took some steelies and had chrome lips added, really looked pretty wicked, thought you may be doing a little customizing here

That would be nice too. The guy with the VW did do chrome lips however I wasn't thinking chrome maybe just wider. Maybe not so functional anyway really.
