Talking Broken Toyota parts website

recently I tired to buy a few small parts online from my dealership. It appears Toyota recently updated their parts website as the whole interface is different. Holy shit is it awful. Broken links everywhere, its hard to find part diagrams, dealership discounts often do not get applied. I mean, I clicked on the parts diagram for "Drive-Chassis" and the site said "No products found", so i guess my car has no drive train? lol

Anyone else notice this or just me?

ive run into similar issues...but seemed to have found a work around, so whatever browser you use everyday, dont...ie if you use FF then use chrome just to do toyota, or vise versa, seems to clear the issue....

I tired 3 different browsers (firefox, chrome, safari). I even downloaded Chrome for the first time and it still isn't working. I tried looking for drive chassis parts diagrams but each time it but says "no products found". I tried typing in a specific part number which just yields no results. I also tried to search the part number through google. It does appear on google but then leads to a 404 error on the Toyota website. Very frustrating.

Same here, I also noticed that they removed a ton of older vehicles, I was looking for parts for my 1990 Toyota Pickup and noticed that it only went back to 1991

yeah... the new website is kind of buggy and crappy... Missing the diagrams and the display of parts below them. I mean the old one had its few bugs but I am not liking the new one
