New Head Unit with USB, SD, and Aux input

I have a new stereo ready to put into my 07 yaris hatchback, and it has no cd player, just an SD and USB input for mp3s, and its own AUX INPUT, My question is "will I run into any issues when I wire the new unit as I want to DISABLE to old AUX because the stupid jack sticking up always gets busted by my gatorade bottle or tools or wood. Will I be able to easily identify the old AUX connection to the head unit as soon as I pull it out or is it hard to identify?
Thank you
-Brian

S7V7N- I did, but that doesnt make it a nobrainer : )

I did buy that harness and now Im sitting here looking at all of it and am still just a little confused/afraid to cut the NEW STEREOS wires from the connector that came with it. Why does it even have its own connector? I must have to cut it there are connect them all right? ive just never done it before and hate to cut 12 wires from a connector and be wrong. Thanks!

Do not cut any wires. Post pics of your wires.
