6.2" LCD Double-DIN Receiver

What exactly is needed to install these.Currently the car(2007 HB) has faceplate for aftermarket receiver(pioneer detachable face)

I am quite experienced with electronics but not with car stereos.I dont want opinions on quality of unit or dont buy this but buy that.This is all I need and the price is right with shipping included(CAD)

I just want to know if I will need another entire dash faceplate or just brackets.I dont need a harness as I will be soldering all the wires directly as I have the schematic/pdf/Wire color codes of the stock wiring.
