Blind Spot Spot

Hello!
Which of these do you think is the best spot for visual improvement/safety to position small blind spot mirrors?
1 vertically left side
2 bottom left corner
3 bottom right corner
4 top center
5 top left corner
6 top right corner

I have mine in the bottom right corner (#3) so it doesnt affect my view but it helps me greatly at the same time....

I've only ever used these on my yaris and they help so much! ( I do a lot of HW driving).

I found no real need for a blind spot mirror for the Yaris. Besides using the mirror I do a quick over the shoulder glance. On my truck and other vehicles that I have owned I like position #2.

If you don't physically turn your head when changing lanes, during a driving test in California, you'll get docked pts.

#3 but move it more into the corner.

I like the fish eyes that are adjustable. I put them on the lower inside corner of the mirror. I was always told that you should be able to see your own car in the lower inside of the mirror when there adjusted so you have a reference point. I use a 1” fish eye on both of my Yaris outside mirrors.

^ same as arkhangel, most efficient use of the mirrors...
But I am still tempted to add one of those extra fisheye mirrors, position 3 (inside bottom) would be best as it's less likely to block your normal view

I have never heard of setting them up like that so thanks. I like the looks of that but it would be a pain with switching back and forth with the wife and I driving.

Really?? This thread has me confused. If someone has their front bumper aligned with my rear bumper, that is the ONLY blind spot, and I can still see them if I look over my shoulder. There are no true blind spots in the yaris, at least for me.

+1 I personally don't trust an extra mirror to replace actually checking your blind spot.

I can't tell the difference between 4 and 5. I have my spot mirror in the upper left corner of my mirror.

I also set my mirrors per the link posted by Arkhangel.

I was thinking the same thing but didn’t want to say it.

Wow, PK you got that right!

Our Yaris is a foxhole compared to our 245 Volvo; man, there ARE no blind spots on that thing...

I have #3 right in the corner. I have adjustable 3 inch round mirrors on my first Yaris. I have 3 inch fixed round mirrors on my second Yaris. I like the larger 3 inch, some call them "pickup truck" size mirrors.
