Looking for some pics

Hey everyone, I am thinking about changing my stock headunit in my car and getting a new system. However, it looks like if i take out the stock headunit then i will have to get a whole new trim around the AC vents and a few other things. did anyone else already do this? if so can you put up some pics so i can get an idea of how its going to look?
Thanks
this is what i have now (07 Yaris S Sedan)

This answer needs to be in the stereo spec sticky- it seems to be a really common question recently.

That sedan trim is a BIG pain in the ass. Reminds me of the 1st gen Ford Taurus oval thing. Nobody could put any aftermarket in that car for a long time.

heres an idea, if you plan to upgrade the stereo, think ahead, you don't need to buy that option...

The 96-99 Taurus required you to change the Climate Controls in order to swap out the stereo.

The switch out from the Yaris integrated radio is a far cry from that...
