Wider tire

Hello all. So I just bought some oz wheels 15x6. I want to go wider, I know there's some kind of formula to do that any help would be greatly appreciated thanks.

So any of the sizes on the chart will keep me close to overall diameter? Stock size is 165/60/15, I can do the 205/50/15 and it'll be close?

I hope that's a typo... Stock tires are said to be 175/65R14 or 185/60/R15. I'm on 185/60/R15 and I notice that my speedometer is inaccurate. I'm actually 2MPH over than what my speedo is reading. So I think my speedo ring and pinion is set for the 175/65/R14. And it coincides with the calculator that's mentioned in the post above. But here it is anyway: http://www.rimsntires.com/specspro.jsp

You'll see that 205/50/R15s are the closest perfect match to 175/65/R14s.

Thanks to both of you. I have the 185 65 15 steel wheels and tires on it right now.

So according to the chart 215 55 15 tires would be the closest to the same diameter as the stock 185 65 15. Will the wider tire work on a 15x6 wheel.

^^^ 205/55/15's (23.9") are closest to stock 185/60/15's (23.7") in diameter... and work very well on stock suspension and 6" rims.
