Weapon R header noise?

Did anyone else get a significant increase in exhaust volume(under load only) after you installed your weapon r header? My exhaust is stock for everything else as I haven't decided which muffler I'm geting yet. I couldn't fit a torque wrench for the header to flange bolts/nuts so I just cranked them down but I did torque the header to cat bolts to 32 ft/lbs, which may not be enough, suggestions?

make sure you put your the two springs on those bolts. also when i got my weapon r the was extra pipe sticking out where the donut gasket sits this needed to be cut so that the header and pipe fit snug.but you will here more noise from the exhaust with a header.

You have to cut the extra pipe off? I wish I had known that before hand, no instructions with my header. I'm really getting tired of these aftermarket assholes. First bad headlights and tailights now this... No extra noise when you rev it parked but when you pull out under load then you get the noise(kind of raspy) makes sense the engine twists under load, the extra pipe makes sure you don't get a good seat at the donut gasket, walla, exhaust leak....oh well I guess I get to take it all apart AGAIN. Thx for the help.
