Need help wiring an aftermarket Radio

I just recently purchased an Pioneer AVH-P1400DVD head unit. The problem is I have no clue how to hook up the right cords. I have a 2009 Yaris S With twin 12 sub's hooked up in a ghetto fashion. Their spliced of the back deck subs then Jimmy rigged to hook to my amp. I bought this so that way i can run RCA cables form the amp right to the head unit for a much safer instillation. I need to have either the correct harness i could purchase off the internet, form like amazon or preferably a wiring guide. Really anyway to hook it up. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
Jordan

best bet is to go to Crutchfield and use their guides or wizards.

I bougth a harness like this one and each cable is marked .. so you just need need to connect the corresponding cables from your head unit's harness (acc to ass, positive to positive, negative to negative, remote to amp, etc.)

in case you want to use the internal implifiers of your head unit, you might want to run a separate 8-10 gauge positive and negative wires to the battery - you will need a basic wiring kit.. in case if only external amplifiers are used, do the harness and swith off the internal amps in hu setup

That is harness for yaris 2006-2011 .. your head unit should come with its own harness (looks kinda similar with several cables of various colors) or just have a bunch of cables on its rear wall that need be connected to yaris harness. Please, check the manual for your head unit - it should include the wiring diagram where each cable is color-coded (like acc, remote, etc.)

if there is anything in the wiring diagram of your hu that you do not understand let us know
