Issue where dashlights either turn on or fade on when car off

Hi All,
I have had this sudden issue where the dash lights appear to stay on when the keys are out of of the car as if the key was in the ignition and turned to on. It doesn't seem to be a battery issue as it's just the dash lights and the car runs/charges no problem. I let it sit overnight as I worked and the next morning she would turn over no issue but not actually start like no fuel was coming in.

I took it to a non dealer and they just said Toyota would have to look at it as it didn't seem to be a starter issue or fuel pump issue..

I was wondering if anyone encountered this before, I saw some posts about semi similar issues but they seemed to be for the UK version.
