Control Arm Replacement

Hi All.

Im thinking of changing my control arms on my 2013 1.3 manual. However I notice that the right control arm has a bolt, being the most forward one which is very close to the oil filter. Has anyone had to do this and do an oil change because they were required to remove the filter to get the bolt out?
