Possible clutch actuator problem

Hi,

A couple of months ago I bought a Toyota Yaris MK2.
Some times after driving for a bit and stop for e.g. a trafficlight, I get a constant beeping sound.
It stops when I start driving again.

It's exactly the sound from this video:

Is it correct that I probably need to have the clutch actuator replaced?
