I am not sure if anyone is making a bolt in frame yet for the 3rd gen Yaris, but for keeping the airbag system happy with the passenger seat swapped out, I have recently completed a new version of my Occupant Classification Sensor Bypass Module for the 3rd gen.

Like with my 2nd gen module, this module is a plug and play device, which plugs into the occupant classification ECU in place of the seat harness. The module then has a switch to allow you to select if the passenger airbag should be armed or not.
