Where can I get a replacement for this?

The clear plastic on mine is dirty. I tried cleaning it but no luck.

what have you used to clean it ? a very mild cutting compound should be able to remove most of it if not all (you could try toothpaste)

if its on the inside pop the cluster out and remove the lens

I think I tried water at first. It look like it worked but when it dried it showed up. Then I tried window cleaner and the same thing happened. Bought the car used and it came like that.

Its more than likely a silicone and its been baked by the sun, IPA (isopropyl alcohol) should remove it

You can try White vinegar and Isopropyl alcohol for cleaning. I have cleaned mine by using these two products at home and it works :)
