To those using mini wheels??? Let’s talk lug nuts....

What I bought me some 15” mini wheels. That’s good. I’m reading & learning about the special lugnuts I may need. Ive read the 3 threads, but still need to know more. I’ve found a few types both with 13/16 or 3/4 socket size. In either 1.75 long or about 1 1/2 inches long. So I’m wondering will either fit my wheels with a thin socket? With the lug wrench? Do the long ones stick out too far? I know the thread size, some of the part Number choices are white night 7807, or 7607, crager 27807-4, and some gorilla et (that I lost the part number) something like et bulge conical lug nuts. I’ve even found the similar ones on amazon. Like these20pcs Chrome Silver Bulge ET Extended Thread Lug Nuts, Metric 12x1.5 Thread, 1.75 inch Length, Cone Conical Taper Seat Shank Closed End . So what fits or doesn’t fit. What can you teach me from what you did wrong or right? Thanks again...

Try sending a private message to CTScott. He will definitely know exactly which lug nuts to use for your application.

I have Mini Cooper R81 Imola (Phone dial) wheels for my winter tires. Dorman 711-356 work just fine.

I also have r81s and the nuts are 12x1.5, not sure if this can help you.
