slight vibration at low speeds

I notice some vibrations around my yaris when when traveling between 25-45km/h (16-28mph). Its not too crazy but enough to catch my attention.
It also becomes jerky (forward-backward motion) when releasing the gas from 2nd or 3rd gear at their lower speeds. 2007 hatchback.

Forgot to mention that its 5 speed manual.
I was thinking it was tires too but the jerky motion after letting go of the gas feels different
