The Vitz RS 1.3
Hi,
I`m a happy owner of a japanese import of a 1.3 Vitz RS. it is equipped with the 2nz-fe engine that in normal production develops 86bhp. However i`ve always been suspecting that actually this Vitz RS version develops some more power because it really is a little performer. It behaves better than most 100+bhp hatches like the 110bhp golf tdi and the 100bhp 2.0tdi 16V opel astra. From a yaris club in italy i came to know that this 2nz-fe engine was mapped with a special ecu that ups the power to 102bhp. Anyone knows about this edition of the Vitz? |
