Can anyone point me to a replacement clip for the vent hose on a 2007 Yaris?

This clip broke while replacing the fuel pump. Tried taking it to Autozone and the parts specialist at ToyotaPartsDeal.com, but none of them could ID it, and I couldn’t find anything in the service manual. Anyone have a part number or know where I can get one? Thanks!

Dorman HELP! parts should have it. It's just a fuel line retainer, usually when you buy a new pump it comes with new ones, so it shouldn't be too hard to find. You could also potentially create something else to do the same job. If you look on the neck that the hose snaps onto, theres a slot that the retainer latches into. All you'd have to do is find a secure way to jam the line from popping off from pressure.

On second thought it should be a very similar if not an identical part across the toyota line, so I wouldn't rule out parts that don't explicitly say they don't fit your model, as long as they at least fit toyotas of the same age.

Could it be part of this assembly?

If it's not, could you not find a piece of suitable diameter wire/soft bendable aluminum rod or such and make a "U" shaped clip. I assume the clip is designed to keep the hose from backing off under pressure? Then again, you don't want fuel spewing around under your back seat.

Ah, I must have been looking at the wrong hose. Well, looks like you're getting closer anyway. And, yeah, the part sketches pretty much suck.
