Grouping up~~~

If Alex comes through, Advocate and I can meet at AutoMall Parkway, at In N' Out....

And then we can headout via 680 to Sacramento~

Computerlove87~~ if you have another person coming, please take 80 to Sacramento, it will be easier for you. And then we can all drive back together for those caravan moments :)

Also, what do you guys all prefer to eat? We can let Lazandro know, and maybe he knows some delicious spots to grub on before Go-Karting.

As for a place to eat, it's near the mall, so there are tons of places, and if you guys want some In-N-Out, it's just across the overpass. Chipotle is always good too.

Also, I suggest we get there between 11 and 11:30am. You guys will have to register at the registering kiosk. That takes some time as other people are there to register. You MUST register PRIOR to purchasing a membership/race(s). Also, I don't know if you guys will get a headsock, which is required. Those are $2. So bring extra money to cover that just in case, and to cover taxes as well.

It's suppose to be cloudy on Sunday, but we can still do a photoshoot. Just not sure where would be a good spot to take pics at. I guess we can drive around the mall/shopping plaza and look for an empty spot or a truck loading area.

I will talk to Sean tonight and hopefully hear from Taylor soon about if we all meet earlier.
I'll update the time on there putting registering wait times into place~ Thank you.

Cloudy is fine, I'd be happy with a picture looking like this ~

lmao, and to be clear, when we are racing, we aren't racing for track position. Our positions are determined by our lap times, but duking it out is always fun, just be prepared to be blue flagged. hahaha.

No problem. Hopefully I'll remember to bring a piece of letter size white paper to correct the white balance for the photoshoot.

Just means that you HAVE to let the person(s) behind you pass, really killing your times.

Here's the track again for those who want to study it ahead of time. lmao.

Really, the only way to get a black flag is if you do not brake for the first corner, the hairpin after the straight (the middle bottom of the pic). They will kick you out if they don't see you braking for that corner. A kid didn't brake, and he went under the barriers (and that was at a third of the speeds we'll be going in the adult race).

Also, they don't really use the middle row of flags. If they have to stop the race, they just use the kill switch to stop everyone at the same time. hahaha.

Thanks for the information.

I'll remember to brake ALL THE WAY...

I dont want to be in front of Sean and get a passing flag...hahah.

I can't wait for Sunday, hyped so much. Especially since I haven't been driving a lot since last week of December due to a certain cop.

Don't need to brake all the way through the turn. They just want to see that you made an effort to slow down for the hair pin.

Weather.com now says there will be few showers on Sunday, so I'm not going to bother washing my car prior to the meet. I'll also bring my camera just in case we still would like to do the photoshoot.

dirty photoshoot sounds good to me. my new performane brake pads are ridiculously dirty so it's not even worth it to try and keep the car clean anymore.

Which pads did you get?

lol, I have the CarboTech street pads, and after cleaning and driving a couple of miles with stop signs, my front rims are covered in brake dust again.
