Yaris turbo upgrade

Hi guys.

I have a factory Yaris Turbo -04 150hp. (1nzfe) Sold in Sweden in 40ex
I had some engine issues. Broken piston-rings and smaller cylinder damage.
I read up on engine modifications in this forum and must say great general knowledge from most of your guys. So i started buying parts.
So far:
Pistons: CP/Carillo 75mm 9,0 comp
Rods: Molnar H-Beam
Turbo: T25/28 & TD04H 15G-6 (Havent decided yet on which one..
Larger turbo manifold.
Exhaust: 2,5" downpipe and exhaust.
Intercooler: Twin station. Double mount.
SSQV Blow off valve .
Valbro 255 fuelpump.
K&N 57i Airfilter.

I havent got any new injectors yet, any suggestions?
Because of the lack of veihcles in sweden, cant find any suitable management system.
Any suggestions there?

Hope to hear from u guys soon.
Best regards. Daniel

how much boost do you want to run? if you are going to do only up to around 8psi then 1zz injectors would be fine. if you wish to go more then I would recommend at least moving to 2az injectors. Going over 8psi from what I have discovered should really include a return style fuel system for efficiency in many ways. Some folks have gone with Scion TC injectors, but would not do that for sure unless you go return fuel system along with standalone management.

AEM EMS v2 seems to be very popular as well as the Haltech P Sport 1000. I went AEM mainly because of support. Haltech makes a great product, but they seem to fail to be very responsive. Depending on what other "options" you have, be it Drive By Wire, ABS, Power Steering, etc then you might will need to keep the stock ECU for these items. In that case I would strongly recommend the Dezod T Harness rather than Boomslang. My new Dezod harness is a beauty to look at and creates poetry in motion.

Hi fnkngrv.
The original setup is 0,4 bar in boost. Thats like6 psi i guess.
I was planing on reaching 250hp + at least.
I read up on Dezod AEM EMS standalone management on Dezods website
http://www.dezod.com/pd-dezod-motors...one-engine.cfm
I have looked at NiraI3+ and Wems as well but Dezods system looks to be compatible to my vvti.
Do u have any tips for return style fuel systems?
Best regards.

Garm (MicroImageOnline) can usually get you great pricing on the components.

If you are looking to go 250+ bhp then you will need to do a lot of upgrading to make it reliable which will include pistons/rods, fuel system, standalone for sure, a turbo that can sustain 12-16psi of boost over the long haul. A 2.5" exhaust I would think would be fine with a high flow cat or cat delete and close to straight through muffler design. As for the fuel system design I will be taking care of mine over the winter so for right now I don't really have any great input, but there is some info on the forum. You may want to join microimageonline.com as well to get very useful data as well. Personally once you are at the bhp I would look to as well upgrade the cooling system. Go with an electric water pump and bigger/better flowing radiator.

Hi guys.
Sorry for late reply.
I have mounted the bottom end and everything looks and feels like it should.
Plans for leaving the head unchanged for now exept for the injectors.

Garm: suggestions for injectors 250hp+?
