would these wheels fit correctly?

for 09 yaris sedan, how would these fit? (currently have 1.8" drop springs on all 4)

Front and Rear

Size: 16x7
Offset: +38mm
Backspacing: 5.47"
Bolt Pattern: 4-100
Rec. Tire Size: 205/50-16

I don't have a sedan but I had that same size and offset wheel on my car and a similar drop and it worked well. I did have 205/40 tires though; a 205/50 might rub a lot with the drop.
