OK. In that case the not shifting may be the 10A STOP, 10A GAUGE, or 7.5A ACC2 fuses, which are all located under the bottom of the dash on the driver's side.

Also, check the 10A ETCS fuse in the under hood fuse box.

I have checked all fuses beside battery under hood and all fuses under driver side dash...all good. I do not know how to check any of the relay's or the larger square clear top fuses

Does the check engine light come on when you turn the ignition on and then go off when you start the car?

OK. So the ECM is alive, but some systems are not working. I would check the large fusible links on the battery (pop the red cover and shine a flashlight on them to see if you can see any breaks in the metal under the clear plastic).

I did slide a clear cover off and see two fusible links. I took the battery out so I could get a better look at it and all seemed fine. when inspecting the cable end I felt as tho the white wire coming off the battery cable terminal fuse block felt funny I would have ohm it but couldn't figure out were it went.

That big white one goes from the 60A MAIN fuse on the battery connector to the constant power fuses in the under hood fuse panel (ALT-S, DOME, ST, ECU-B, ETCS, HAZ, H-LP LH, H-LP RH).

With the other three black ones that come off of the positive terminal, they are all connected to the 120A ALT fuse on the terminal. One goes straight to the alternator, the second to another group of fuses (HTR SUB2, EPS, ABS, HTR, ABS2, HTR SUB1, and RDI), and the third to the under dash fuse panel.
