If the combined current draw for the two horns is less than 10 Amps, you can skip the relay and wire them both to the existing horn wire (which is the positive feed) and then you bolt the tab on them to metal as the ground.

If the current draw is more than 10 Amps, then you have to use the included relay to switch a fused feed from the battery.

If you look at the specs for them, they draw 12A @ 12V.

I've been trying to decide on what to go with for a while. After looking at and listening to a bunch of different ones I have it narrowed down to the Stebel Nautilus or TMS80

Coheed...

Yeah baby! Now, stick those horns in the back bumper facing down to the ground for the best sound pressure distribution...

Of course the little camera mic doesn't do it justice...

I was giving you the benefit of the doubt on that, since I checked Hella's website and saw that the pair actually draws 12 A. So, the relay will be necessary.

I have learned now that I am living in Alabama I had best invest in a horn upgrade.

I did the Hella three tone electric air horns...and it still isn't enough! I need one of those HornBlasters pieces but I refuse to give up (more) space in my trunk...so I'm stuck.

The train horn on the truck in your video sounds awesome. You just need to do an airbag suspension so you can justify the space for a compressor and put that same setup on your car.

I've got too much "junk" in the trunk. No pictures until May, but trust me...too much going on.

You can buy HAND HELD AIR HORNS at any boating store. Might not be dandy in the rain...but they are LOUD...LOUD...LOUD...Maybe cost 10 dollars or less...Your passenger can hold it and blast as you go past.....

Those are fun indeed. In a past job, I snuck up on a shoplifter who has just left the store loaded...I came up right behind him and BLASTED that compressed air horn...he actually pissed his pants. I love that work, just doesn't pay for $hit taking into account the risk.
