Auto Windows (all of them auto)?
Has anyone done this type of conversion? I don't know if it is possible to have the auto roll down function like some toyotas or lexus have.

Micro Image forums, online store and shop are now closed. It was a great eight year run, but it was time to focus on other things. I'm still selling parts on eBay under micro*image seller ID and customers can still make requests for anything specific. |

I think there is some confusion in this thread...When you say auto down, do you mean the one touch roll down the window, or do you mean that the windows can be rolled down using the remote keyless entry fob?

there's a hall effect sensor in there and it counts how many revolutions tthe motor makes. so no, it's not just a switch.
but you could put a timed relay in there...and just set up the time for the relay to shut off when it reaches the max height. but then again you'd have to have steady voltage and amperage to the relay or timer...too much of a pita for me to do. |

The easiest way is to use a DEI 530T for auto up/down on both windows (or for a 5 door or sedan, you use a second 530T for the back windows).
I put together a DIY a while back on wiring it up: http://www.yarisworld.com/forums/sho...3&postcount=39 |
