How much boost does it take to make a Yaris go 143 mph in a mile and a half?

Depends on a lot of variables. I was set at 8psi with this tune/car setup, however if I had more time than just the one day to run I would have been able to get 150 out of it I believe had I the time to change my maps for 10psi. There are a LOT of things that you need to do with the car/engine as well other than the boost itself to make these types of runs work. A lot of folks too think that sealing off seams, etc for example as well makes things better, but not always the case. CIP the last run of the weekend a buddy with his other mustang blue taped the hell out of the car...it looked crazy funny. When he went out for the last run he actually did 2mph less than the previous one 20 min before. For all we know all of that tape actually caused drag rather than better aero.

Wow. I'm impressed that you could go that fast with "just" 8 lbs of boost.
