Good trick, but I doubt you'll be able to fix smaller dents this way (case in point, a small dent is still visible after the guy was done cleaning)

I used a heat gun as well. We tried all different temps with it as well as different frost levels. Nothing.....

it also depends on how old the damage is... an older dent is less likely to come out than a new dent
