04 Echo won't cold start.......
Hi Guys,
after trying just about everything I am reaching out to see if anyone can help. I had a car that started fine, then I swapped the throttle body with a new one, then all of a sudden I have to idle it up with the gas pedal when its below 70 deg water temp. The car starts but will die right after unless I give it some gas, then it will run and as soon as it hits 65-70 deg C it will idle....... The car is not going into cold start mode........ I have put a brand new ICAV in and the car does the exact same thing.......I have checked the voltage from the wiring harness as well, 12V when cold, so the ICAV should be working........ any help here would be appreciated....... Did you unhook the battery for a while to clear the computer's memory?

Yes, had the battery out of it all winter.
