Car Locked Us out
I have a 2020 Yaris hatchback. I used my keyfob to unlock the doors, threw my stuff in the passenger seat, including my jacket with the keyfob in the pocket. I closed the passenger door, walked around to the driver's door and found the door to be locked! The car had instantly and automatically locked me out! I was unable to open any door, including the trunk. The doors did not respond to any button pushes. Of course the manual key was INSIDE the fob, which was locked in the car. What a complete technical failure of the world of automation.
Has anyone had this happen before? Is there any way to get back in the car? |
