2010 NADM RS Spoiler Installed

Thought I'd post some pictures now that I finally have the new to me spolier installed.

Here is how it looked when I picked it up from echo_hrs:

Toyota Part Number: PZ321-52065 for those who might be interested.

And some shots of it painted and installed:

Thank you again echo_hrs! That spoiler really ties the room together :)

First time I've seen close ups of that part. It is more a wing than a spoiler; does it direct wind/air down the rear window and keep it clean(er)? If so, I may have to get one...

if anything it would deflect air up and away from the back window and provide some sort of awning to keep leaves and twigs from falling on the window

I am not sure how the air flow at the back has changed but I thought the hatch window seemed a little easier to see out of during the last heavy rain.
I found myself needing to use the rear wiper a little less than normal.

I guess I will have a better idea in then next few more months after I have gone through some rain and some snow.

Agreed, however, it looks like the leading edge of the wing is higher than the top of the rear door and the bottom surface is shaped to direct wind/air downward. In the only other pictures I've seen, the wing looked like it was flush with the door top and mounted right against it more like a spoiler. I realize this would cause drag/lift but since these kinds of wings are mostly for looks, I thought/hoped it might be designed to at least clean the rear window...
