AC pulley

has anyone pulled the AC compressor pulley off and replaced the bearing on the 1.5 litre??
it has a strange disc with holes around the perimeter...any pics also??

Check out the following post. I pulled the pulley off one one using a home built tool:

Well, swapped the pulley but part of it broke when I installed it! Dammit!! Now I need just the piece in the middle that has the fins on it that fit inside the pulley itself

Yep, that's the piece! I didn't know the torque specs when I put it back on and cranked it down a little too tight I guess. That crappy pot metal broke right at the three points where it's really thin. I had to fight back the tears when I realized it broke, haha! If you can help me out you would be a life saver! This car is going to be for my gf and she's gotta stay cool
