Very relevant as Spring car clean-up time is coming soon. Also found vinegar helps remove cigarette and another smells from the interior is a bowl is left out in the vehicle for a day or two; of course then you have to drive with windows open for a bit to clear the vinegar smell, lol.

I hose it down come spring. And use a shop vac to suck it out right away. Keeps it very clean

Salt is evil. It is one of the reasons I like floor liners. Getting the oil off the bottoms of my doors and rockers is also an involved springtime job for me.

Next car probably will get weather tech treatment. I'm still happy with my Toyota rubber mats.
