bushing came off metal sleeve on rearstrut? tein coilover

So I started hearing a bizarre clunking noise in the rear of the car in the last month. I decided to check it out and found the rubber bushing at the bottom of the strut that came off the metal sleeve around it. I can completely remove the bushing by hand since its now worn out. The car now wobble as well since the strut assembly is not really fixed at the back. with weight on the car I cannot move the strut but If i lift it just a little the whole strut move left and right since that bushing is not held in place anymore. Problem is getting a new one doesnt look like a tein part

Anyone had the same problem and how did you fix it ??

I had the same thing happen at the at the track. I used a high strength structural adhesive and I haven't had an issue since.
