Blitz install wiring inquiry.

Hello all,
I've recently acquired a Blitz supercharger for my 09 AT Yaris. The used kit came with most of the parts including the actual ECU infused in harness connections from donor vehicle, the fuel controller, blue injectors, minus the low-med-high - -Selector Switch. The person who I purchased the kit from is uncertain if the kit had said switch.
My issue is I don't see where I would connect this Switch, as the only unconnected wires apparently go to the relay that engages the clutch.
Do I need the Selector Switch for the clutch to engage, if so, does anyone know how to wire the kit without Switch at one setting, Low rpm engagement.
Thanks in advance for the support!

Added kick in the shorts... Apparently the Activation Box is also missing from the kit. Is this completely necessary for unit to work? What options if any do I have? Thanks!

I've got a thread around here somewhere with a schematic for making your own selector switch. The original one is just a few resistors that make a voltage divider for an input on the "piggyback" Blitz controller.

Some passive electronics knowledge helps, but it's pretty straightforward to replicate what came with the kit.

Great, thanks!!!
Would you happen to know where pins 3 4 5 from the Selector Switch terminate in the Activation Box? ~~ Wires A & B -- Yellow & Black~~

I'd have to find the kit in the garage first, might have time this week to take a look.
