Btw, just cause it says your power is at X, doesn't mean that dyno isn't calibrated properly. I've seen places fudge up some dyno numbers to make it look like their tune is epic.
Not sayin that this place is doing that, but i'm jus sayin. |

anyways, a "pull" is one run on a dynamometer at full throttle in one particular gear, measuring power and torque throughout the rpm range, up to redline.
Usually a few pulls are done to get a consistent or "best" result. Or, a tuner does a session of several runs while tuning the car for whatever the desired result is. If I didn't get that quite right, please correct the details.

The only dyno in New England runs you 250 an hour. You get as many pulls as you want, but you still pay the minimum 250.

Thats so complicated. Just have ur own baseline. Then dyno it the same way every time you mod your car. Dyno numbers don't mean ish when you're on the track.
