Car runs better with full fuel tank

Hi folks,
my Yaris accelerates better with a full fuel tank. There is a considerable difference between 25% and 100% of full tank - a few people confirmed this that they feel the same with this car, so it is not only some weird "placebo".

I would actually expect that with full tank the car should feel a bit worse because it is simply more weight to carry. But it is the opposite.

Why is that? I can only think of the fuel pump, maybe it is worn-out after all these years and higher level of fuel in the tank makes its life easier?

Thanks for any thoughts on that.

Yes I was going to say it’s your fuel pump. Maybe it’s the fuel filter a little plugged up After all these years.
