Dealing with kidney stone pain

Dealing with kidney stone pain

Get in the bathtub full of hot water hot as you can stand it. When the water cools drain some out and refill with more hot. You want the tub as full as possible. About a half hour is good.

Disclaimer. This worked for me it may not work for you but it’s worth trying definitely.

For me this treatment relieved the pain by 80% for for five hours. I did two treatments A day this let me go to the doctor driving my own car. And to the pharmacy but I didn’t need the painkillers.

Good luck and if you do it let us know what happens !

Such a method works very well almost for everybody. It is effective and pleasant at the same time. Therefore, I also suggest it to everyone.
The contrast shower is a completely different thing, it helps you increase the blood circulation speed in your body, and you feel much better.
Also, I know there is a hospital with such procedures. So you can go there for a course and see the difference between how you feel now and how you felt before. Those doctors have hundreds of patients per day, and I was really impressed by how they manage everything through ndis software. It's like an automation program that helps doctors with patent management.

No it’s not I googled contrast shower. That’s just alternating hot and cold water. What I’m talking about is getting in a tub full of hot water hot as you can stand it

Please take good care of yourself. My Dad used to have kidney stones often, later in his life he ended up having to do dialysis at least 3 times a week. He passed away 2 years ago, he was only 73. He was used to take lots of meds since as far as I could remember, which I believe was the cause his kidney deterioration.

I hope you feel better soon, bronsin. I know people who have had stones and they say the pain is unreal. Sorry this is happening to you.

take care and I suggest you to visit normal doctors. I decided to become a medical worker after got trauma. It was my dream from childhood. I think every doctor or medical worker need to be ediceted and have experience. After finished college I used here I want to work as Patient care technician and work directly with patients of kidney stone deseas and help them with daily activities.

Care Your Body Pain?

do to take care of your body as a drummer is to practice general care. Even 10–15 minutes out of your day can make a big difference in the short and long run.
Even if it's only for a few minutes, go for a bike ride or a jog to improve your cardio.
Diet and exercise are essential not only for drummers, but for everyone! Drummers can choose from a variety of regimens, so do some research and choose one that best suits your needs.
