got the Tanabe Coilover SUSTEC PRO S-0C today.

got an early little trick or treat present today. It's the SUSTEC PRO S-0C from micro image!!

opened the box right away and Voilla ...nice purple, red and black goodies.

the install is pretty straight forward. needed to take the wipers and the plastic cover on top of the engine bay, 9 bolts later , it's done.

4 bolts on the underside and 1 on top for the front and 2 bolts ( 1 top and 1 bottom ) for the rear, but I have a trouble getting the bottom rear bolt out... seems like the rubber mounting on my old struts either melts or a rusty bolts...still no luck, so Im still using the stock rear struts with the spring and the adjustable perch.

compare to my stock struts with the Df210, this set is a lot more authority. it's a little bit more stiff but not bumpy. Note that im using 18" wheels and 215/35/18 tires so i can feel more bumps ..lol .. it's compareable with a super expensive brands outthere. I had the KW variant3, H&R and Ksport in my previous car so Im not a total newbie in this stuff :P. The set performs really well in the highway as well as on the country side with ups and downs road.

I will take some more pics as the day past and review as well ...for now Im a happy camper

thanks Garm for the hook up

I got these too! Had them for a few days. I had stock shocks and tein s-techs prior. I wanted more low. Im super happy with the tanabes. They are stiff but not uncomfortable. My teins were too bouncy... I didnt have issues with my rears but the top bolt on one of my front was rusted/stripped threads and lost the stock strut to air tools... My only complaint is that the front doesnt go as low as the back when slammed. I took out the lock ring up front and cut the bump stop in half hoping for more a drop... I got it slightly lower. The back looks very nice. Rubbing is an issue but not bad. Considering my tires are super huge and im slammed on the coils... I'm loving it :)

My front set on the lowest setting and it's about less than an inch wheel gap between the tires and the fender arch.

The rear was set on about a half an inch from the lowest setting .

For me, the stance is perfect, I don't want it to be too low since it won't be practical and I'm getting old as well ... Lol

So im still guessing Megans and D2's will allow you to lay the car on the ground.... Those things look great though! Look very well built for the price!

those are sweet, pictures of the fronts to back would be great if you can....I wonder why they dont sit at least even, hows the ride,is it stiff enough to keep tires from rubbing.Wish our cars could dump like miatas do 2"off the ground and still be drivable

yup the build quality is great, rides great as well... it's definately firmer than the df210 with the stock struts, but it's rides like on the rail , and it's not bumpy....

I'll try to take the side view of the car tomorrow...it's dark out, won't see a thing :P

That's exactly what I'm looking for...it might be about time for me to switch.

tried to take a snap shot before going to work ...

it was parked on my incline driveway with the parking brake engaged, so the rear is a little higher ...
