Koni STR.T (Orange) on Yaris

I currently own a 2001 Yaris SR with a 1.3L engine. It's currently on the stock shocks with Tein S-Tech springs. The only other modification I have made to the suspension is polyutherane bushes on the front.

The stock shocks are due to be changed and I'm really interested in getting the Koni STR.T shocks, as from what I understand they are just like the yellow's but permanently set to the softest setting. I do not track my car, however I don't mind a stiffer ride and would like the car to feel less floaty and more planted during corners.

Will the Koni STR.T be better than the stock shocks, or will the car drive similarly to how it drives now? I would go for the yellow's however they are too expensive for what I would want to spend on a daily.

Any feedback would be appreciated,
Thanks!

I run the adjustable yellows on my '05. Currently they're set to the softest setting for winter. The are absolutely better that even brand new stock dampers as I've done back to back comparison with my own car with the stock suspension on the stock springs vs the Konis on the stock springs.

So if the STR.T models are like the Yellow's on the softest setting then they're totally worth it.

Thanks for your advice, I'll be ordering them then!

Planning on going with the same setup. Currently running just the Tein springs but looking to upgrade dampers aswell. How is your experience with this combination?
Thanks
