Hesitation and fault code 94

Hello again. My 2000 Yaris does that weird thing when accelerating like i'm on and off the gas. It doesn't cut off, just does that weird thing and i also have fault code 94 on the self diagnosis but can't find the code info anyhwhere. Anyone had anything similar? I recently changed the maf sensor with an oem one but nothing changed.

Do you have a code reader for the OBD two port?

Amazon sells them I suggest you get one and learn how to use it. It’s easy!

If the fault code 94 translates to P0094, then you have a fuel pressure leak.

Seems logical combined with accelerating isdue. Maybe fuel pressure drops. I'll check it tomorrow.

Also i checked the live data and the tps is 11% on idle and 77% when i fully press the pedal. Any help?

What what is the actual code you got? What’s the number?

What does TPS mean?

I’m thinking you’re cat converter might be bad. That would suck!

Tps= Throttle Position Sensor should it go to 100% or 77.6% at wide open throttle?
I had the mid pipe removed before some months and the cat converter looked clear, i could see through the cells.
I forgot to mention i've recently changed the maf and o2 sensor before the cat. Both are denso and had the same part number as the oem. I erased the codes yesterday and left the car to cool down. After a while i checked the codes again and "system too lean bank 1" popped up but no cel. I will update with the exact code number when the cel pops up again. Can a bad throttle body gasket trigger the lean code?

If you blow smoke around the area of the throttlebody gasket, it would be sucked into the engine if the gasket was bad
