These were FREE! Need to get them refinished but updated pics soon! This was just a fit test I did. 17" Katana Racing Type. Not exactly sure of the specs because like I said they were FREE and it seems Katana doesn't make this wheel anymore. Rubber is 215/40R17 Coopers(will upgrade after the Ring rubs these bald )

Those should polish up nicely once you get that clearcoat off.
It looks like a bend at 5 o clock tho.

thanks for taking the time to look! The 'bent spot' is just a cosmetic blemish. It will scrub off with the clear coat. Any suggestions on taking the clear coat off without damaging the rest? I was just going to take them to a guy who will clean, balance/straighten, powder coat them for 75 euro a wheel.

If you are careful you can use some aircraft stripper on the lip area and keep it off the painted parts.
It's best to test a small area first to see if the clear will come off cleanly. If it does you have it made.

thanks for the suggestion but the clear is actually flaking on the entire wheel. I think they just need a good media blast. They are going to the shop tomorrow I think. Thankfully Germans don't have Memorial Day!

At 75 a wheel you might be better off just getting new 17" wheels for slightly more. There are many wheels for 100 and less in 17". Jus sayin.

Finally got rims for my car. Nothing special, but I like em. They're 15x7 et38 ICW's. I got them of a friend for $100.

(Everyone asks, so I'll give you the 411 before you ask Subaru badging because I own a Subaru Performance Shop)

I think this might be the best looking Yaris I've seen. Are you still running these rims? A buddy wants me to get them but I'm not completely sold.

^ Coming from the man whose had, what is it now, 16 sets of wheels? I'll take that as a big compliment.
I wish the offset was more aggressive, but for a hundred dollars I'm not gonna complain.

That's your first set of brand spankin' new isn't it? Probably one of your lightest ever setups as well. Sharp.
