Fog Lights Install Questions

Im currently installing an ebay fog lights kit in a 2009 sedan,

I already completed almost all the installation, but I have found a few glitches that Im trying to fix to get the fogs working:

1- The switch that came with the kit is the one that goes in the console, I wired it to D-4 connector like in one of the tutorials but the square light remains on after I turn Off the car, I read some topics about it but I can found the exact answer.

Where exactly do I have to wire the switch so I can use the cluster indicator, but at the same time it turns off when I turn off the car?

The relay is not needed it you're going to wire the entire thing into the headlight stalk with fogs. You will need the relay however if you are going to make a button. The way I did mine does not light up the dash, and it comes on with the ignition, not the lights.

Im doing the hybrid install, where you use a console switch that comes with the fog kit, but using the prewired option in the car, not the firewall install, I already know that Im suppossed to use another relay, not the one that came with the kit, but I saw a post where a person used the relay that came with the kit wiring it to the original relay slot in the cabin, that is one of my questions, wich wires of the relay harnnes that came with the kit I need to wire to the relay slot. And the other one question is about the switch staying on.

Thanks in Advance.

Update:
I tried to wired it from the D-4 connector and the square light from the switch stayed on, also tried it to wire it directly from the fuse box as stated in one of the DIY and the square light still on all the time.
