Possible limp mode?

Hey guys,
I just installed a port and polished throttle body on my yaris to go on my blitz supercharger.
I started it up this morning, worked okay until I stopped at a stop sign and it wouldn't go anywhere. I press the gas, nothing happens, and i'm getting a CEL.
The only way I can fix it is to turn off the car and then turn it back on, then the throttle works for a brief moment until I slow down or go around 2k RPM's again.

Not sure what the code is, I was getting a rich condition CEL before but I think this is different.
Any idea why it's doing this? I'm thinking I should switch it back to the old TB.

Sounds like the throttle position sensor may be bad on the new TB. You really need to read the code though, as anything else is just speculation.

Yeah, I do need to.
Unfortunately it happened on my way to work to catch the bus, and I didn't have time to fool with it much. I'll see what I can come up with. It shouldn't be bad though as it's a brand new throttle body.

Maybe it didn't fare well through the port and polish.

That's possible. I'll probably have to swap it out tonight.

Swapped it back to stock, works great now.
Must be the position sensor.

Try a "chip swap".
If your stock chip works, simply put it on the new throttle body. The rivets drill out easily, and small 8-32 nuts and bolts do the job. (throttle body on the right has a bolted on chip)
