Detailed my girlfriends beautiful black acura legend 92.... no 56k friendly....

Okay today i detailed my girlfriends car. Took out the 10mp camera i just got today and took pics along each step of the way. I will be compiling a complete DIY later of all products used and pics of each step. Here are just some teaser pics of a few before and after shots.

This is just right after i washed the car. So far it dosnt look too bad. Especially for the age of the vehicle. There are a lot of surface blemishes though and the paint does not have that rich of a look that only a black car can pull off. In my opinion a black or red car will reap the most benifits of a complete detail. So after a lot of hard work. Drumroll.......................

The car now looks as good if not better than the day it was driving off the dealer lot in 92 =)

Bear in mind that's no cheapie Yaris paint job.
I wonder if a Yaris body would even survive that long to still be waxable!
Could you wax and polish rust, I wonder???
Seriously, I hope the Yari holds up well over time.
BTW, you did a GREAT job & that's a real pretty Acura that gal drives.
PS; those tires are really nice, can they be had in Yaris size?
