Question Does the Yaris S have different headlights?

I was looking through eBay for the projector style headlights and theres two kinds

1) Has the projectors side by side
2) has the projectors staggered (one slightly on top of each other).

The 2nd one seemed like it had a different headlight shape, but maybe it was an illusion of the different kind of projector placing ...?

Ok thanks!

Its just eBay that states that its for the "s" model... but whatever...

Ive also heard mixed reviews on those projector headlights. Anyone (that ACTUALLY has them?)

The ebay headlights here are quite popular. You should be aware that you get what you pay for though. They are cheaper because they aren't as bright as a high quality HID kit. Many have bought the headlights for the new housing and installed their own halos into them.

Peterpoop comes to mind as a member who has successfully done this.

I found stock 07-08 headlights for less than $200 shipped. so you could easily pay the same amount and buy another set and the hid kit and diy a pair yourself and still have your originals.

You have a 2009 Yaris, right? The headlights you probably saw on eBay are for Yaris up to 2008. From 2009, the headlights changed slightly.

^ Oh no I have a 2007. And thanks for clearing everything up!

As far as the brightness, I am not installing the original halogen but an HID kit so that wouldn't be too much of a problem. As far as quality concerns I am mostly interested in seeing that the plastic cover doesn't fade or peel over time (although, does the stock Yaris do that too after a while? Or not "as bad").

As far as the Halo, are they lit up by led's that you can remove? If so, can't you just put a brighter/better quality Led?
