Fog Light Misalignment and Moisture

Hey,

Somehow my right fog light is aiming higher then usual. And I looked inside and appears like water got in somehow. These are the stock fog lights in the HB RS.

Would anyone have an idea as to why? I'm pretty sure the misalignment is due to the moisture. I've changed the bulb myself at one point and tried to reinstall it but it appears like it's properly sealed. I've never been into a fender bender.

But now this leads me to think that maybe the other side is misaligned (aiming lower than usual) if this is the case, it means that each fog light has it's own problem.

Thanks!
