Question New to YarisWorld and lookin for a little advise!

I have been a Yaris owner since Feb 08 and have made some minor mods to her. I'm in the market for some lowering springs... and I have been debating between the Tein STech and the Tanabe DF210.

I've read a lot of posts on here... and I have come to the assumption that most use the Tanabe's. I just wanted some insight on the pro's and con's of both products if possible. I know Tein is a good quality spring, but I haven't heard much about the Tanabe's.

Here is a couple pics of what I have so far!

welcome!! you must decide on brand preference and ride height. It's
your choice from there!

I've got the df210's and I can't really find anything to complain about. the rides a little stiffer, but I expected that.

What are the specs on your wheels and tyre size? That's an important coinsideration when considering a drop.

Thanks all!

Wheel size is 205/40R17

I am expecting a stiff ride with the drop, so not so worried about that, lookin for quality of the spring as well as lowering height... the specs all seem to be close... and from what I see from here, it seems tein and tanabe are pretty equal... except for cost!!! Is the over all quality and longevity worth the extra cash???

Another intermediate spring is the Progress, which is hard to pass up at $145 shipped.

I haven't had anyone say a bad thing about the Tanabes, they are a consistent best seller.
