paint on threads of bumper arms and bumper brackets

my new bumper arms and brackets came painted black but there was scratches to the metal and metal could be seen at the seams/ welds. i grabbed a can of gloss black enamel and repainted these but realized the paint was running and that i got paint also on the threads. Will these be ok to install or should i do something to remove the paint on the threads?

If you sprayed it on thick enough for the paint to run then clean the paint off the threads. You can try just treading a bolt in a couple times and spraying it off with brake clean/parts cleaner each time you remove it.
