Timing Chain

Can any one help i have a Toyota Yaris 2000 year but had to change the engine 5 years ago which i bought from a breaker, my timing chain keeps jumping and need to replace it. Toyota are saying the timing chain never needs changing and cannot give me another until i give them the year of manufacture of the new engine and what car it came out of or the engine number which i cant find. Can anyone help!!!!!
